Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment for services is collected in advance.   All cancelations must be requested seven (7) days in advance for a credit of service to be rescheduled.  Cancellations six (6) or less days before a scheduled appointment will not be rescheduled.  Discount package rates are payable in advance through auto-pay and require a 30-day written cancelation notice.
